They ensure accuracy in financial transactions, assist with payroll and tax-related tasks, and contribute to the preparation of financial reports. Key Responsibilities:

- **Financial Transaction Processing**:

- Recording and coding financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Processing invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Reconciling bank statements and monitoring transactions.
- Managing petty cash and ensuring proper documentation.
- **Record Keeping and Reporting**:

- Maintaining accurate and organized financial records.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and reports.
- Filing and organizing financial documents, both digital and physical.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Answering phones, directing inquiries, and managing correspondence.
- Filing and organizing documents, both physical and digital.
- Scheduling appointments and managing deadlines.
- **Compliance and Communication**:

- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Communicating with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding financial matters.
- Assisting with tax preparation and filing.
- **Other Duties**:

- Chasing outstanding debt and controlling credit.
- Performing data entry and maintaining accounting systems.
- Assisting with the preparation of audit schedules.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Basic Accounting Knowledge**: Understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- **Mathematical and Analytical Skills**: Strong numerical skills for accurate data entry and analysis.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective written and verbal communication for interacting with various stakeholders.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensuring accuracy in financial records and transactions.
- **Proficiency in Accounting Software**: Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Teamwork and Collaboration**: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintaining the confidentiality of financial information.

Pay: From $1,650.00 per month
