**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and customize lesson plans tailored to the children’s school curriculum and individual learning needs.
- Monitor academic progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
- Prepare the children for school examinations and assessments.
- Cultivate effective study habits, discipline, and a love for learning.
- Assist with homework, projects, and revision planning.
- Communicate with parents on academic performance, challenges, and strategies for improvement.
- Maintain a structured daily learning routine in coordination with the family’s schedule.
- Coordinate with other tutors to track and align the children’s overall learning progress.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- At least 5 years of teaching or tutoring experience, preferably with an international or bilingual school background.
- Familiarity with the Singapore education system and international school curricula.
- Passion for children’s education, with patience, attentiveness, and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, able to build trust and good relationships with children and parents.
- Ability to work independently as well as efficiently within a family team.
