**What the role is**
- As a Lead/Senior Consultant in Attack Simulation Group, your key responsibility is to lead a team in the conduct of in-depth attack simulation (vulnerability assessment, penetration testing and red/purple teaming) activities on Enterprise/Operational Technology (OT)/Telecommunication (Telecom) systems.
**What you will be working on**
- You are required to - Understand key operating concerns of stakeholders, and conduct attack simulation both safely and comprehensively on the target environments to provide cybersecurity assurance - Work closely with respective stakeholders to facilitate the engagements, provide technical consultancy, report findings, and recommend remediations - Manage team of simulated attack specialists and oversee their technical upskilling and professional development, while also honing your own managerial and technical competencies
**What we are looking for**
- Requirements - At least three years of experience in o Enterprise and Cloud attack simulation, and/or o OT engineering, operations, cybersecurity, and/or o Telecom engineering, operations, cybersecurity - CRT/OSCP or equivalent certifications in attack simulation is preferred, CCT/CSAS is desirable - Passionate about cybersecurity, technically hands-on, willing to learn, and curious about the inner workings of Enterprise/OT/Telecom technologies and exploiting their vulnerabilities - Excellent analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills - Strong communications and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders - Familiarity with security principles, policies, standards, and industry best practices
