**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Create precise and well-structured Architectural Revit (BIM) models, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
- Generate detailed plan, elevation, section, and detail drawings derived from BIM models, appropriately annotated for tender and construction purposes.
- Establish and uphold BIM standards and procedures, including sheet layouts, layering conventions, modeling processes, and drawing formats.
- Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring productive collaboration and delivery within deadlines.
- Work both independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
- Possess strong expertise in Revit/BIM software, particularly in Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Singapore's construction regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee the coordination process, facilitating data exchange and collaboration between project stakeholders using BIM.
- Demonstrate expertise in drawing coordination and BIM management within the Singapore construction sector.
- Ensure As-Built/Record Models are meticulously maintained and updated.
- Support information exchange processes using established file-sharing protocols.

**Requirements**:

- A Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a Specialist Diploma in BIM, or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in BIM modeling, including work with C&S, Reinforcement, Architectural, and MEP-related projects.
- Experience with HDB BTO projects will be a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in interpreting architectural and structural construction documents.
- Ability to deliver models and shop drawings with a high degree of quality and within set timelines.
- Expertise in Autodesk Revit Architecture/Structure/MEP, Navisworks Clash Detection, 4D simulation, and Quantity Take-off.
- Experience in managing project Common Data Environments.
- Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC Build) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle complex project schedules efficiently.
