This company is one of the most recognisable businesses and leads their sector through expertise and excellence in service. This Senior Facilities Manager position will support the business and provide facilities management expertise across a regional portfolio of corporate office space.

**Your new role**

As the Senior Facilities Manager demonstrate high levels of customer service and provide expertise across the technical asset management for the company. You will lead a team of FM professionals that manage external contractors, revise and manage the planned preventative maintenance schedules for all plant and equipment

You will have a strong technical FM understanding, demonstrated by your experience in a similar role and ideally significant experience in a fluid environment. This is a highly corporate environment so presentation and customer service attention is paramount, you will enjoy the challenges of managing expectations of senior executives through to general employees.

Ideally you will have similar experience working within the complexities of the banking or financial service industry.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered for this exciting Senior Facilities Manager opportunity you will ideally have a technical background and direct experience as a Senior Facilities Manager. You will be a strong all round professional with a vision for the future and a desire to work for a significant business.
