Roles & Responsibilities

Background:
To keep up with the fast pace of the software development release cycle, the Application Security and DevSecOps team is expanding and hiring talented security professionals to join us and protect the company.

What you will do:

- Manage a global offensive security team to conduct a range of security exercises, (internal, external, web, wireless, physical), including adversarial emulation exercises (red teams), social engineering exercises, and other offensive security-related exercises to improve our security posture
- Lead a team of security researchers to perform new vulnerability research, both on our internal app and on emerging technologies, and publish the research results in conferences or journals if applicable
- Build and leverage open-source intelligence (OSINT) for early threat detection
- Secure and minimize our attack surface and perform traffic flow analysis
- Work on risk and incident report, perform root-cause finding, propose improvement solutions

**Requirements**:

- Expert level of knowledge and experience on offensive security
- Proven track record on managing offensive teams or red teams in a global environment
- Good understanding of compliance requirements across the Apac region
- Proactive, willing to take up responsibility with good execution skills
- Good presentation skills and communication skills for conveying important information to executives
