Digital Transformation Practice Head

We are a premier Executive Search firm and our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Specialist to drive and execute their organization's digital transformation initiatives. As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital strategy, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions that optimize business processes and enhance customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Identify and assess digital transformation opportunities across various business functions, including but not limited to operations, marketing, sales, customer service, and supply chain management.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define digital transformation goals, metrics, and success criteria.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, C-level executives, and decision-makers.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems, processes, and technologies to identify gaps and inefficiencies that can be addressed through digital solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging digital trends, technologies, and best practices, and provide recommendations on their adoption to drive business growth and innovation.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement digital initiatives, ensuring effective project management, resource allocation, and timely delivery.
- Oversee the development and implementation of digital tools and platforms, such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, data analytics solutions, and automation tools.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals through the entire sales cycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
- Establish strategic partnerships with technology vendors and industry experts.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital initiatives, track key metrics, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness and ROI of digital transformation efforts.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital transformation projects, proactively addressing challenges and obstacles to ensure project success.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes that may impact the organization's digital transformation strategy. Represent the company as a thought leader in digital transformation, participating in industry events and conferences.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience (10+ years) in leading and executing digital transformation initiatives, preferably in a complex organizational environment.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, and revenue generation in the digital transformation or technology consulting field, ideally from a Tier 1 consulting company
- Extensive experience in South East Asia with deep regional market understanding.
- Strong network of C-level contacts and decision-makers in target industries.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence, automation, and IoT.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of successfully delivering large-scale digital transformation projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex digital concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proactive and result-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and rapidly changing business environment.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices related to digital transformation and data privacy.
- Relevant certifications in digital transformation, project management, or related areas are a plus.
