**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Lead Generation & Outreach**:

- **Identify Prospects**:Prospects will be provided.

**2. Enrollment Management**:

- **Guide Enrollment Process**:Assist prospective students through the entire enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from initial inquiry to class registration.
- **Follow-up Communication**:Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and encourage prompt decision-making.
- **Manage Enrollment Data**:Update and maintain accurate records of interactions and enrollment progress in the CRM system.

**3. Event Participation & Promotion**:

- **Attend Open Houses & Webinars**:Represent The Lab Singapore at open houses, webinars, and industry events, delivering compelling presentations about our programs.
- **Promotional Activities**:Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns aimed at increasing enrollment numbers.

**4. Performance Tracking & Reporting**:

- **Sales Targets**:Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets, contributing to the overall growth of the school.
- **Analyze Metrics**:Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- **Feedback Loop**:Provide insights and feedback to the program and marketing teams to refine enrollment strategies and improve student acquisition processes.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Sales Experience**:Proven experience in sales, preferably in education or tech-related fields.
- **Communication Skills**:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect and build rapport with diverse audiences.
- **Tech Savvy**:Familiarity with coding and technology trends, with a genuine interest in tech education.
- **Customer-Centric**:Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.
- **Self-Motivated**:Proactive and driven to achieve goals, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Organizational Skills**:Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- **CRM Proficiency**:Experience with CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing leads.
- **Compulsory Requirements**:Working days are Wednesdays - Sundays. Off days are Mondays and Tuesdays.
