**Description**:
Tin Men Capital is hiring for a new Senior Associate/Principal to join the team managing our expanding portfolio. With Fund II underway, we're growing the team that's responsible for deploying capital to the best deserving B2B startups.

**About us**

Tin Men Capital is a Singapore-based venture capital firm that focuses on developing the Enterprise Technology Ecosystem in Southeast Asia. We target B2B companies at a pre-A or Series A stage, offer extensive hands-on operations value-add to support founders and build partnerships with operating businesses in SEA.

**Requirements**:
You will use your project management skills to:

- **Conduct due diligence **to qualify potential investments including market research, competitor analysis and financial modeling
- **Write investment memos **and present them to the fund's Investment Committee
- Stay on top of the capital markets, such as trends in late-stage financings, public listings and acquisitions
- Work harmoniously with founders, co-investors and lawyers to **negotiate and finalise legal documentation **for our investments
- Assist portfolio companies in closing follow-on funding rounds
- Help portfolio company management teams prepare for exits
- Support the firm's prospecting efforts for new investments
