Introduction

To ensure that the assigned customer programs are being managed and executed accurately and timely, and to do so by providing excellent customer services so as to achieve customer satisfaction.

Your Job
- Manage and monitor the success of customer programs and prototypes in the Fabs by utilizing and updating the appropriate systems. Resolve and/or highlight issues that threaten the success of customer programs and/or prototypes.
- Process and manage customer interfaces (such as but not limited to customer requests, meetings, visits, complaints and feedbacks) with timely closed-loop response by utilizing and updating the appropriate systems.
- Effectively communicate to customers on technical and/or quality issues so as to mitigate exposure and proactively manage customers’ expectations.
- Support and utilize the Customer Survey to gauge customer satisfaction and drive for improvements with the aim of being rated as #1 Supplier.
- Solicit training and coaching so as to continuously improve the skills and knowledge needed to carry out Customer Engineering’s roles and responsibilities.
- Synergize and participate with cross-departments in achieving corporate management’s business objectives and initiatives.
- Plan, monitor and control project assignments with risk analysis to ensure that all deliverables are met on time.
- Responsible and accountable for complying with and environmental, health, safety and security (EHSS) system, policies, procedures and guidelines that are applicable to your scope of work, thereby maintaining a healthy and safe workplace.

Other Responsibilities:

- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field from recognized institutions.
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in wafer fab (technical position) environment preferred. Fresh graduates who are keen to learn in the semiconductor industry are welcomed.
- Fluency in English Language - written & verbal. Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
- Customer-friendly, personable and communicative.
- Proactive, outgoing and energetic.
- Teachable, mature and adaptable to changes.
- Possess system, basic programming and creative problem solving skills.
- Flexibility to work outside of normal working hours should the adhoc need arises to support customer requests and resolution of issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field from recognized institutions.
