**About us**

Love, Bonito is a digital-first company on a mission to empower the everyday Asian woman and inspire self-confidence. We are the leading direct-to-consumer womenswear brand, headquartered in Singapore, with an omni-channel presence across Indonesia and Malaysia, a retail franchise in Cambodia, and are fast expanding into international markets namely Japan, Hong Kong SAR China and United States of America.

Founded in 2010, we are proudly female-founded with more than 70% female representation across our organisation, leadership and STEM roles (#girlpower). We raised a US$50M Series C round in 2021 and know that we’re on the cusp of something great, where we’re working towards becoming the most thoughtful brand globally, for the Asian female consumer, especially when it comes to our products, community and experiences.

There’s a lot more work to be done with all of our exciting plans. So we’re looking to team up with people who are wildly passionate about making an impact and be part of a dynamic team, in a workplace with no corporate BS (yes, you read that right).

**An internship within Brand**:
You will be responsible for supporting and contributing to the overall marketing strategy across major platforms and channels: e-commerce site, flagship store, customer relationship management, social media, media, events & activations.You will play a key role in shaping Love, Bonito throughout this exhilarating expansion phase in international expansion.

You will deep-dive into one sub-pillar during the duration of your internship, function as a full member of the team and achieve business objectives through your daily responsibilities and your team-specific projects. Projects will be shared with you in more detail during the recruitment process.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Write copy for all collaterals around product launches (product names and descriptions)
- Craft print names and create creative print stories.
- Research and brainstorm exciting new ways to message both new and existing products, including naming & crafting captivating descriptions for all new product launches.
- Be an integral part of establishing Love, Bonito’s brand voice and perpetuating this on multiple platforms & channels, along with the rest of the Brand Team
- Collaborate with various stakeholders on crafting copies for all brand needs to ensure consistency of Love, Bonito voice and meet key deadlines (e.g. website copies as part of overall UI/UX experience, crisis communications with Customer Service, and more)
- Keep abreast of fashion and editorial trends and vocabulary
- Work with internal teams to develop and optimise processes for country teams to access copy for marketing / branding materials.
- Understand Love, Bonito’s tone of writing.

**You should have / be**:

- A passion for writing, storytelling and appreciate a precision of language
- A passion for the brand and empowering women
- An interest in fashion and general female consumer products
- Independent and proactive.
- A self-starter, proactive and hands-on approach. Get it done right, and fast
- A fun, energetic and charismatic personality

**Requirements**:

- Ideal if can commit to a 6 months period with us
