**The Responsibilities**:

- Understand functional and non-functional requirements (e.g. portability) with the Pega architecture and ensure they are addressed in the design; prepare the low level design and common frameworks
- Experience in using Pega PDC tool, COSMO UI Design, Pega framework PIIF (Insurance Industry Framework)
- Creating/managing spin-off flows in Pega product
- Identify and conduct design of complex sub-components / module in collaboration with project team, architects and client SME
- Undertake project specific proof of concepts activities(Claims domain) to validate technical feasibility (with guidance from the Application Architect)
- Contribute to the design to address all client requirements for major enhancements Service Support and Maintenance
- Identify avenues to improve project delivery parameters (e.g. productivity, efficiency, process, security etc.) by leveraging tools, automation etc. Knowledge Management
- Create and update knowledge articles in the knowledge management repository
- Troubleshoot Pega exceptions and issues users are experiencing in Production region and identify rootcause and provide a workaround and advise on permanent resolution of the issue

**The Requirements**:

- Creating/managing Pega workflow's/rich User Interfaces using pega technology
- Creating/managing Pega Agents/Listeners in both single node and multi-node environments
- Should have at least 3 years of experience in Insurance domain especially in Claim adjudication process
- Should have exceptional functional knowledge on the Claim FNOL (first notice of loss) process and good functional knowledge on the Claim subrogation and recovery process
- Experience on Pega multi-node implementations
