**Responsibilities**:

- Complex UI Development: Design and implement sophisticated user interfaces.
- Advanced Component Development: Create and maintain advanced reusable components and libraries.
- Innovation: Introduce new technologies and practices to improve frontend development.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their development.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex issues in the frontend codebase.

**Requirements**:

- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as React and Next.js
- Advanced understanding of responsive design principles and experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
- Experience in creating and maintaining advanced reusable components and libraries.
- Proven ability to introduce new technologies and practices to improve frontend development.
- Experience in mentoring junior engineers and contributing to their professional development.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues in the frontend codebase.
- Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
- A continuous learner, eager to stay updated on the latest frontend technologies and best practices.
- Experience with frontend build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm, Yarn).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend interfaces with backend services.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of performance testing and debugging practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Nice-to-have**
- College degree education
- Experience with Webflow and/or other CMS platforms
- Proficiency with NextJS and AWS
- Have experience with working on internationalization and localization
- Experience working in a startup environment
