With team members primarily based in Singapore and Beijing, our diverse group includes talent from leading internet companies and prestigious universities around the world.- Our mission is to drive long-term business growth while ensuring an optimal user experience and maximising monetisation. Key responsibilities of our team include: - Developing large-scale distributed advertising services - Creating cutting-edge deep learning models for accurate predictions - Implementing balanced and effective advertising mechanisms - We foster a strong culture of learning and collaboration and invite passionate, self-motivated individuals to join us in our ongoing quest for innovation and excellence in serving users globally.- Optimize Shopee Ads core advertising strategies, such as traffic selection, smart bidding, ranking strategies and auction mechanisms. - Provide solutions to long-term challenges like cold start, stability, and ecosystem development for the platform. - Participate in the development and iteration of Ads algorithms by using Machine Learning. - Enhance the efficiency of automated delivery products, combining intelligent product selection with full-chain optimisation to improve ads performance. - Deeply understand buyer and seller demands to create incentive-compatible, mutually beneficial advertising strategies and products. - Continuously improve the monetisation efficiency and user experience of Shopee’s advertising products, increase monetisation efficiency and driving the healthy, sustainable development of Shopee advertising **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 2+ years of programming experience in a relevant language. - 2+ years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: machine learning, recommendation systems, computational advertising, pattern recognition, data mining, or artificial intelligence. - 2+ years of relevant experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar. - Strong communication skills, collaborative team spirit, and a product-focused, data-driven mindset. - Experience in ecosystem construction, monetisation efficiency, or mechanism design is preferred - Prior experience in e-commerce companies is preferred
