Content Creator + Digital Marketing Executive

About the job:
Responsibilities include:

- Create engaging content from ideation, planning, execution to post-production.
- Translate campaign thematics into captivating storyboards or entertaining short-form or long-form content that can drive meaningful engagement on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok, our blog, and EDM (ownership of 2 brand communication strategies).
- Strategize and plan content calendar together with marketing + tech teams in order to drive overall objectives like app installs or new customers to the App.
- Maximize reach for branded content by working with internal channel stakeholders to package and distribute the content to their audience across various channels.
- Increase awareness of our brand partners by weaving them into thematic campaign narratives while ensuring that brand partner’s objectives are also aligned and met.
- Own the end-to-end processes of video / photography shoots from shoot direction, stage set-up, filming and editing.
- Transform any branded content into social gold (clips, gifs, graphics, photos, stories, copy, etc.) ensure copywriting is crafted to further elevate visuals.
- Produce segmented branded content (visuals and voice) that is able to “talk” to different sets of target audience and consistently drive meaningful and thought-provoking conversations and narratives that reflect our brand story.
- Plan and create content pillars that work effectively and efficiently in driving engagement.
- Work with digital marketing team to manage paid advertising campaigns through select social media platforms and promotions for 3rd party delivery platforms.
- Own launch and refinement of TikTok strategy and on-going execution to speak to younger demographic.
- Compilation of weekly and monthly reports with analysis on the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Handle ad-hoc requests as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Language, Marketing or relevant field.
- Minimum 2-3 years (should discuss, do we push up to 3-5 years for more experience?) of experience working as a Content Creator, Writer or a similar role.
- Eye for aesthetics and proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of SEO and keyword research would be advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, detailed with excellent organisational skills.
