**Key Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver dynamic ESL lessons that cater to the needs and interests of young learners.
- Use a variety of teaching methods, materials, and resources to engage children and promote language acquisition.
- Assess student proficiency levels through both formal and informal assessments, and track individual progress over time.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to help them improve their language skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective ESL curriculum, lesson plans, and instructional materials for children.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance evaluations.
- Communicate regularly with students, families, and colleagues to address any concerns and promote a positive learning environment.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, TESOL, Early Childhood Education, or any related field.
- Previous experience teaching ESL to young learners from diverse backgrounds and proficiency levels preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with children from different cultural backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a dynamic learning environment.
- Experience in teaching ESL to adults will be advantageous.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
