Maintain a strict confidentiality of all associate payroll records including managers. Under no circumstances, this information to be revealed to anyone without the approval.
- Payroll activities including, process payroll, process CPF, and manage payroll payments.
- Post-Payroll activities, including provision for bonus, manage month-end/year-end closing, submission of IRAS Tax Declaration Annual Form 8E, and answer employee payroll enquiries, monthly payroll report, New join & Resigned Report, Levy report.
- Preparation of exit for resign staff such as, submit tax clearance to IRAS, prepare letter of acceptance resignation, Purchase flight ticket, arrange pre departure PCR test, Work Pass cancellation, Prepare Final settlement, check out of dormitory, Arrange transportation for repatriation.
- Regular review on compliance to statutory requirements.
- Sets up and maintain payroll related files, including filing, scanning and sorting of payroll/cessation documents. Retains records specified in the Corporate Retention SOP.
- Work injury compensation - liaising with insurance agency on medical bills, reports for claims and submission to MOM.
- H&S - prepare and submit to insurance agency on any surgery claims.
**Requirements**:
- Min. O’ Level or A’ Level equivalent in any discipline.
- Entry Level/No Experience required (Training provided) in payroll services Singapore.
- A strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
