**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with partners and team members to manage marketing events for clients, overseeing all related logistics.
- Track media coverage, maintain records, and provide regular media updates.
- Assist lawyers in updating their professional profiles and prepare marketing materials for client meetings.
- Update and maintain the firm’s website, LinkedIn page, and microsites.
- Maintain records and inventories for marketing resources.
- Provide scheduling and research support to the team.
- Research and develop content, including advertising and social media posts, and create supporting visuals.
- Liaise with publications and vendors to ensure prompt payments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors’ degree or Diploma in a related field and/or 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Crucial qualities
- **detail-oriented, meticulous, and organised,** with the ability to follow multi-step SOPs. Positive, proactive, and well-presented, with strong teamwork and people management skills.
- Strong command of grammar; proficient in both English and Chinese.
- **Ability to read Chinese** to track newspapers, and check marketing materials
- Resourceful, intuitive, and comfortable working with a variety of personalities.
- Social media marketing skills and design skills would be a bonus.
