FoodXervices Inc is one of the top foodservice distributors in Singapore, servicing over 4,800 clients ranging from top hotels and restaurants, airlines, and cafes, fast food chains and culinary institutions.

We are looking for a Senior Finance Executive (Accounts Receivable) to join our team.

**Duties and Responsibilities include**:

- Lead and manage the accounts receivable team for both billing and collection functions
- Ensure timely billing to clients and compliance with AR procedures by generating and raising invoices, debit and credit notes
- Perform background checks on new customers and periodic checks on existing customers to evaluate corporate risk exposure, identify adverse cases, and recommend countermeasures
- Exercise credit hold function for delinquent customers, hold orders to ensure company’s risk is kept at bay
- Liaise with external debt collection agencies and law firms on debt recovery assignments
- Review all control procedures, recommend appropriate credit limits and carry out due diligence on all customers
- Work closely and/or follow up with internal departments and customers on credit and Accounts Receivable matters to resolve billing and collection related issues
- Ensure accurate and timely closing of revenue and doubtful debt provisioning
- Prepare and review weekly and monthly AR Reports and ensure that detailed analysis is provided before distributing to respective sales manager and senior management
- Propose write off of irrecoverable receivables
- Setting objectives for the Accounts Receivable team to align with Accounting department goals
- Participate in projects and other ad-hoc task as and when required

**Requirements**:

- Possess minimum diploma in Finance and Accounting or equivalent.
- Experience in leading the AR team to ensure that all activities related to billing and collection are carried out in a complete, timely and accurate manner
- Have good knowledge of revenue recognition accounting standards and tax regulation on related areas e.g. GST, bad debts
- Able to work well under pressure and able to cope with tight deadlines
- Team-oriented, outgoing and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Mature, driven and proactive in problem-solving
- Possess good interpersonal and communications skills

*Salary range would commensurate with experience

**Salary**: $3,200.00 - $3,700.00 per month
