Quantity Surveyor

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and revise drawings in a timely manner for tender and job order.
- Collaborate with team to propose design and materials based on budget and client requirement to obtain material dimension & specification from site & vendors.
- Coordinate instructions with sales team, production, and Clients for job order & design specification
- Prepare bill of quantity for job order in a cost-effective manner.
- Liaise with consultants and vendor on compliance with regulations, practices and changes
- Survey site condition, cost and method requirement of installation, delivery, and set-up if necessary.
- Conduct quality control to ensure finished products are constructed according to job order and drawing
- Be organized and responsible in safe keeping of all files & drawings.
- Give support to production, procurement and logistics team members.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction, building, project management, manufacturing.
- Competency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, 2D & 3D drawing.
- Organised, self-driven, organised & team player with good interpersonal skill.
- Min. Diploma/NTC 3 (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying, Building Services or related field.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of the laws and ordinances regulating building construction
- Possess skill in reading and interpreting plans and specifications
- Possess skills in accurate measurement, preparation on tender, calculation, pricing and quotation
- Understand the relevant standard forms of Building
- Possess good writing, communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Weekend availability

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Quantity Surveyor: 3 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Class 3 Driving Licence (preferred)
