**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize, shoot, and produce engaging video content for various platforms (social media, website, campaigns, digital events).
- Work with creative, copy and account servicing team members to ensure projects are managed efficiently
- Write, refine, and adapt video scripts to ensure clear, concise, and compelling storytelling.
- Work collaboratively with copywriters to integrate visual elements seamlessly with textual content.
- Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in visual content, video production, design tools, and digital marketing.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
- Optimize visual content for different platforms and devices to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
- Participate in client meetings as needed to present concepts or gather feedback.

**Tools & Resources You'll Master/Utilize**:

- **Video Editing Software**: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro (proficiency in at least one required)
- **Camera Equipment**: Professional DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting, audio recording equipment.
- Project Management Software (Asana)

**Qualification & Skills**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Content Creator, Video Producer, Multimedia Specialist, or similar role within a marketing agency or in-house creative team. A strong portfolio showcasing diverse visual content creation is essential.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Expert-level proficiency in video editing and graphic design software. Hands-on experience with professional camera equipment and studio lighting.
- **Creative Vision**: Exceptional eye for aesthetics, composition, color, and visual storytelling. Ability to translate abstract concepts into compelling visual narratives.
- **Storytelling Acumen**: Strong understanding of narrative structure and the ability to craft engaging stories through visual and auditory elements.
- **Scriptwriting**: Demonstrated ability to write and adapt engaging video scripts for various lengths and purposes.
- **Collaboration & Communication**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas clearly and receive constructive feedback.
- **Organizational Skills**: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced agency environment.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, techniques, and client requirements.
- **Problem-Solver**: Proactive and resourceful, with a knack for finding creative solutions to production challenges.
- **Passion**: A genuine passion for marketing, brand building, and staying ahead of visual content trends.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
