Executive (Patient Services)

To provide assistance and value-added service to Middle East and other Arabic-speaking patients by handling enquiries, appointments, admissions, emergencies, travel and accommodation arrangements, in order to exceed patient expectations as ambassadors and custodians of the Parkway brand.
**Key accountabilities**: a. To provide assistance and ensure high-quality, friendly personal and efficient customer service in areas such as visa arrangements, accommodation reservations, on-demand arrangement of sightseeing services, travel arrangements, airport meet-and-greet and transportation bookings.
b. To attend to billing and other financial enquiries from patients and their family members.
c. To provide verbal and written Arabic-English and English-Arabic translation services to patients, their family members, doctors and Parkway staff.
d. To chaperone patients to scheduled consultation / treatment appointments, unscheduled emergency admissions (including evacuation) and other non-treatment related events as and when required.
e. To liaise and work closely with hospital staff, department colleagues, doctors in coordinating the best care for the patient and the communication necessary to achieve this outcome.
f. To provide accurate and timely feedback and raise urgent issues to the attention of the Assistant Manager (Patient Services) for further action.
g. To perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors.
**Qualifications & Experience**: a. At least “O” Levels with credit in English.
b. At least 5 years of clinical work experience preferred.
c. Prior work experience in customer service / marketing / sales / call centre work.
d. Previous work experience in the Middle East is a plus.
