[What the role is]

Consultant / Senior Consultant (NACE)

[What you will be working on]
- To support centre’s goals in growing and supporting workplace learning needs in organizations and TP community.
- To deliver and develop CET programmes in workplace learning for TP staff, organizations and business associations.
- To conduct workplace learning consultancy services to organizations and managing its timeline and completion.
- To expand network and deepen knowledge in assigned domain or industry sectors.
- To mentor fellow staff and be responsible for good quality of work provided by self and mentee.
- To collaborate with schools and departments to promote workplace learning in TP.
- To organize, promote and profile centre’s projects and related programs of the centre.

[What we are looking for]
- At least 2 years of experiences in CET trainings (e.g., andragogy, instructional design)
- Strong industry networks and networking skills to engage organisations in workplace learning.
- Strong project and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, attention to deadlines and processes.
- Good analytical skill, resourceful, and a fast learner in equipping new knowledge in different domain/sectors assigned.
- Team player with strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, confident presenting to business leaders and facilitating workshops with adult learners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment, willing to learn, explore and try out new ideas to drive workplace learning initiatives.
