**YOUR ROLE**
- Define Vision/ Strategy to strengthen and sustain Industrial Engineering activities within Back End (Bouskoura, Calamba, Malta, Muar, Rennes, Shenzhen).
- Ensure the best utilization of BEMT assets and drive improvement to achieve manufacturing excellence.
- Support plants and make recommendations to management by providing accurate, concise information and directions to Operations & Management and Drive/ Contribute to BEMT wide project for: productivity, robustness & production output growth.
- Drive optimization of resource utilization, adoption of standardized best practices and continuous improvement to achieve manufacturing excellence
- Drive Programs made of several Project Teams (Capacity Increase, Equipment efficiency; Productivity improvement ).
- Assess Data Integrity and CR of tactical and Strategical BEM&T Supply Chain tools
- Accountable for Local Capacity Requirement Planning (LCRP) systems and integrations on both Assembly and Test & Finishing steps for Snop(Sales and Operation ) process Robustness at BEMT level.
- To support the deployment and implementation of the Lean for All BEMT Organization through specific Training, systematic process Tracking and Communication.

**YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES**
- Bachelor in Engineering on Manufacturing / Engineering Sciences or similar
- 7 years of BackEnd Manufacturing experience and managerial position
- Has experience managing a team.
- Extensive knowledge of excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
- Leader and able to drive and manage project concisely
- English business proficiency
