We believe that a diversity of experiences makes us stronger—as individuals, as communities and as an organization. **Key Responsibilities** **Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution** - Lead the optimisation of our martech stack - Collaborate with senior executives to align digital priorities with overall business objectives and future growth plans. - Collaborate with product marketing and sales to align campaigns with business objectives and buyer journeys. - Coordinate digital campaign calendar and ensure timely execution of always-on and campaign-based activations. - Stay current with digital trends, tools, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the table. **Marketing Technology Stack Guardian** - Serve as the owner and strategist for our marketing technology stack, with HubSpot at the core. Ensure our tools are fully leveraged to support scalable, data-driven marketing. - Ensure seamless integration and alignment of marketing automation with sales and CRM systems. - Mentor Marketing Automation Coordinator to maintain data quality, attribution accuracy, and effective lead lifecycle tracking. - Continuously evaluate and improve our martech ecosystem to support growth, efficiency, and actionable insights. **Digital Marketing Campaigns** - Lead strategy, execution, and optimisation of high-impact digital campaigns to drive demand, engagement, and pipeline growth. - Oversee paid media across channels including Google, LinkedIn, content syndication, and display—ensuring campaigns are data-driven, targeted, and aligned to key segments. - Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives to engage priority accounts with personalised content and experiences. - Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure all creative assets are on-brand, effective, and aligned with campaign goals. **Agency & Team Management** - Manage the relationship with our digital agency partner—owning briefs, KPIs, and delivery timelines to maximise ROI. - Lead and mentor one internal team member, supporting campaign execution, reporting, and skill development. **KPI Reporting** - Provide detailed reporting on campaign performance, budget utilisation, and business impact to marketing head and ELT. **Qualifications, Skills & Experience** - Tertiary qualification in Digital Marketing - 8 - 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. - Proficiency in using B2B marketing automation tools and software is essential, preferably Salesforce and HubSpot - Proven track record of running high-performing digital campaigns that generate and nurture leads. - Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data to improve campaign performance. Proactive, able to work independently and in a team - Good communication and excellent teaming with internal team and external agencies - Good project management and time management skills - Able to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities under tight deadlines
