Senior Technician Analyst

**Purpose of this role**:
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:
Work very closely with the business and function leaders to provide IT guidance and assistance to support their business requirements

Recommend and implement good and constructive suggestions/improvements to improve productivity/effectiveness/cost-saving and/or help business win

Educate and Enforce the users on our company IT policies and guidelines set out for our environment

Follow established procedures to promptly respond to incident and service request, these can come in form of incoming phone calls, walk-up or web-submitted IT tickets

Proactively and reactively look for solutions to prevent problems from occurring

Recommend procedures and standards to improve the quality and delivery of service to customers

Draft Process Documents to standardize operational processes in organization

Responsible for own IT tickets but also work together as a team to ensure IT tickets are closed on time in accordance with our SLAs and KPIs.

Lead/participate in IT projects

Handle procurement for IT equipment and related services

Required to perform administrative support, asset management and routine IT housekeeping services

Ensure compliance of operations within area of concern with all relevant EHS regulatory requirement and SCIEX safety policies, procedures and guidelines

Other duties/ ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Why you?

**Basic Qualifications**:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
3 to 5 years’ working experience in Regional support role

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT or IT-related discipline with strong knowledge in IT support operations

Proficient with AD Administration, Microsoft Win10, Microsoft Office 365, Power Automate, IOS or Android phone and Helpdesk ticketing system

Understanding of TCP/IP networks and Ethernet technology to troubleshoot network connectivity issues for both wired and wireless network connections for the users

**Preferred Qualifications**:
**If you have the following experiences, it would be a plus**:
Experience in US or European MNC environment

ITIL certification

Experience working in Manufacturing environment will be a plus
