Singapore GOLDEN BRIDGE FOODS MANUFACTURING PTE LTD Full time

Oversee the Group’s financial and accounting practices, including budgets, financial reports, Group financial results, tax planning and audit functions
- Provide financial reporting, internal controls, risk management reports and annual budget of the Group to the management and the Board
- Draft and complete quarterly, half yearly and annual financial results announcement in accordance to Singapore Stock Exchange listing rules and requirements
- Prepare and finalise Annual Report of the Company, including the sustainability report
- Participate in the annual general meeting of the Company and answer any queries regarding financials
- Provide operating budget cost analysis support and compliance with all contractual requirements
- Oversee and responsible for all reporting activities including organisational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports in accordance with the accounting policies and procedures to ensure best practices and maintain good internal controls
- Participate in developing new business, specifically to assist in identifying new funding opportunities, drafting of prospective budgets and determining prospective delivery
- Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard assets of the organization. Oversee the coordination and activities of auditors ensuring all audit issues are resolved, all compliance issues are met and the preparation of financial statements are in accordance with the required accounting standards and regulations
- Direct financial strategy, planning and forecasts
- Study, analyse and report on trends, opportunities for expansion and projection of future Company growth
- Conduct investment feasibility studies, merger and acquisition due diligence, restructuring or any corporate activities
- Ensure good corporate governance, compliance with Singapore Stock Exchange Listing Rules and requirements, Companies Act and any other applicable laws and regulations of the Company and the Group
- Participate in the acquisition, amalgamation or liquidation of the subsidiaries companies in the Group
- Liaise with engaged professional team, which include but not limited to Sponsors, Corporate Secretary, Share Registrar, Tax agent, External and Internal Auditors; and bankers
- Ensure effective cash flow management, including managing the Group treasury function, foreign exchange dealings or hedging, interest rates exposure and fund raising
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

**Requirements:

- Master Degree/ Degree in Accounting / Financial Accounting with 10 years in similar capacity preferred
- Strong in Financial analyzing and reports
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Experience in ERP environment
- Possess good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, as well as ability to multi-task
- Possess strong work ethics, good initiatives, and a process-improvement mindset
- Hands-on and self-motivated team-player
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, to perform the core job duties accurately and to prioritize and deliver within tight deadlines
