**Key Responsibilities**:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Murex-related enhancements and projects.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for the Murex platform.
- Perform functional configuration within Murex modules such as FO (Front Office), BO (Back Office), Risk, and Reporting.
- Support Murex implementation, upgrades, and migration projects.
- Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure delivery of accurate and high-quality solutions.
- Conduct functional testing and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Work with the Murex support team to troubleshoot and resolve functional issues.
- Provide training and documentation for end users and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk policies in all functional setups.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Murex Functional Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of financial products (FX, IRD, Equities, Commodities, etc.).
- Experience with Murex modules: Front Office, Back Office, Risk, Simulation, MxML Exchange, and Workflow.
- Good understanding of trade lifecycle and financial markets operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid SDLC environments.
- Proficient in functional testing and validation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders and technical teams.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with Murex 3.x
- Knowledge of SQL, UNIX scripting, and basic technical debugging
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting (e.g., EMIR, MiFID)
- Experience working in a global banking or capital markets environment
