As a Project Manager, you will lead and manage Supply Chain projects and initiatives across the APAC region, ensuring projects meet performance indicators. This role focuses on driving continuous improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities for productivity and cost optimization in logistics and distribution.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Project Management**
- Lead strategic supply chain projects across APAC, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Develop business cases and conduct cost-benefit analyses to secure project approvals.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Regulatory, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain to meet project goals.
- Identify interdependencies, prioritize initiatives, and make trade-off decisions in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and mitigation strategies while ensuring clear communication of project status and changes.
- Coach and mentor team members to foster skill development and engagement.

**Continuous Improvement**
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects to achieve cost reduction targets.
- Conduct training and workshops on methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and Value Stream Mapping.Develop and deliver training materials to support the adoption of Lean processes and principles.

**Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree required;
- Minimum 6 years’ experience managing warehouse and logistics projects in Pharmaecutical, LifeScience, Medical Device
- Hands-on experience with SAP modules (SD/MM/APO) and end-to-end supply chain processes.
- PMP or PRINCE II certification will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, or equivalent CI tools (Green Belt certification is advantageous).
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI evaluations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines.Travelling up to 25%
