**Job Description**:

- Prepare financial and centre reports (e.g. petty cash, daily collections, centre enrolment report, etc.)
- Input data on ECDA website (e.g. particulars of new teachers, reporting of cases of infectious diseases
- subsidy, etc.)
- Prepare monthly forms such as teachers and children’s attendance form, sign in/out forms, school bus
- attendance forms, etc.
- Conduct daily health checks on the children upon arrival.
- Assist parents in the purchase of merchandise such as uniforms, caps, books, etc.
- Conduct stock-taking and restocking of supplies such as merchandise and stationery.
- ** the children to the school buses.
- Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
