**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning**:Develop and implement corporate development strategies aligned with business goals.
- **Market Research**:Identify growth opportunities through market research and competitive analysis.
- **Mergers & Acquisitions**:Lead the evaluation, due diligence, and execution of potential partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions.
- **Financial Analysis**:Analyze financial and strategic data to support decision-making and build valuation models.
- **Negotiation**:Support negotiation and structuring of corporate development transactions.
- **Collaboration**:Work with internal teams and external partners to execute initiatives effectively.
- **Relationship Management**:Develop and maintain relationships with key industry players.
- **Performance Monitoring**:Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing partnerships and acquisitions.
- **Reporting**:Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to senior management and the board.
- **Team Leadership**:Lead cross-functional teams to execute corporate development projects efficiently

**Requirements**:

- Degree with min. 8 years of relevant Corporate Development & Venture Capital, preferrably targeting UAE, Middle East, Africa
- Proven track record in mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, industry trends, and banking regulations.
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects and leading teams.
- Excellent financial acumen and analytical skills, including building valuation models.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
