our quantity surveyor will be tasked with monitoring projects budgets, reviewing plans,preparing quantity estimates & submission of progress claims, aliasing with contractors and vendors, as well as building relationships with clients

**Responsibilities**:
Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity estimate.

Liaising with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.

Preparing quotations.

preparing and submission of project progress claim.

Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.

Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.

Traveling from the office to various sites as required.

**Requirements**:
more than 5yrs in the field of construction

more than 3yrs as a quantity surveyor.

good to have:
related Diploma in quantity surveying, engineering etc

worked with various main contractors in contructions projects

handled and completed numberous contructions project indivually
