Assistant Producer

**Trident Digital is looking for ONE Full-Time Assistant Producer to Add to Our Team**

**Type of Employment: Full-Time Position**

As the Assistant Producer of our company, you will work directly with the Founder and other leaders of the company and is responsible for conceptualising, planning, executing and overseeing the video editing and filming process for the company.

Creatives that we normally produce include Testimonial Videos, IGTV videos, Introductory Videos, Tiktok videos, Ad videos, and so on.

Since videos are known to be one of the best ways to communicate and promote the company's/ clients’ messages on online and offline platforms, your position will play an important role in the team’s success.

**[YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES IN ORDER OF PRIORITY]**

Responsibility 1 - Ideating:

- Overall, this refers to ideating, brainstorming, scripting and storyboarding videos for Trident Digital and its clients.
- Take part in the conceptualisation, storyboarding, and filming of online video content on platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and others alongside the supervisor/ client
- Establishing a clear understanding of the outcome and purpose for each video production
- Interacting, communicating and pitching of video ideas with our clients
- Working closely and coordinating with our creative teammates, especially the Videographer to Creatively and intentionally story tell videos

Responsibility 2 - Proper Execution of Filming:

- Directing video shoots for clients by guiding and assuring clients during the shoot to achieve the filming objective
- Assisting the videographer with setting up and tearing down filming equipment
- Providing creative solutions to unforeseen problems on set
- Having an understanding of how to set up, and operate the audio, light and camera equipment

Responsibility 3 - Logistics and Project Management:

- Location scouting and facility booking for the shoot, includes liasising with external studios
- Planning the schedule for the shoot so that the shoot is conducted smoothly
- Arranging transportation to and from the shoot
- Ensure that all projects, templates, and raw/ edited media files are properly transferred, organized, documented and uploaded to our online library

Your secondary roles include (BONUS):

- Editing Testimonial Videos, Event Trailers, Interview Videos, Ad Videos, and social media content using the Adobe suite
- Working with the video team in post-production
- Experimenting and trying out new things with the equipment on hand and always pushing the boundaries of what could be done
- Staying updated with the latest video trends, especially on Tiktok

**[REQUIREMENT]**
- Possess an educational/ experiential background in videography and photography
- Keeping up with the latest filmmaking/ photography/ editing trends
- Understands the process of pre and post-production
- Knows how to leverage on systems to work smarter and not harder
- Has a creative mind and good storytelling skills
- Having the technical know-how on the setting up and operation of equipment on set
- Able to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations and having a “never say die” attitude to work
- Open to constructive feedback and will take immediate actionable steps to improve their performance
- Proficiency in using the Adobe Creative Suite
- Solid attention to detail
- And lastly, has a strong desire to improve and grow with the team
- BONUS: If you have knowledge of the financial and real estate industry
