Managing and oversee daily operations and ensure compliance to operations standards and procedures
- Managing restaurant financial objectives
- Plan monthly roster schedule and daily team assignment
- Hires, trains and provide on-going communication to staff and deliver outstanding service to customers and handles customers' feedback
- Maintain safety requirements in the restaurant
- Comply ad-hoc with all the admin and paperwork requirements
- Assist and support any other relevant business duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the business owners such as daily mis-en-place and food productions, opening and closing duties, manage and maintain hygiene standards as per SFA requirements and any other tasks assigned by business owners

We are looking for someone with:

- Love to cook and bake and kitchen environments in general
- Deep curiosity and strong drive to learn new skills in and out of the kitchen
- Proactive in giving and receiving constructive feedback
- Optimistic, warm and good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in English
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Degree, A Level, Diploma
- Min5 year of experience is preferred

Our Benefits are:

- Salary: $4,500 - $5,000 per month depending on experience
- 4.5 day work week (44h/week)

Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labour, productivity, quality control, sales and safety measures as established and set for the Outlets in-charge

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
