Job Scope:

- Support Change Management, Incident and Problem Management for IT Services (IT Infrastructure, Data Centre Operations, etc)
- Service desk management including IT Service Request, System Change and Enhancement
- Prepare and present status report of IT Service delivery performance metrics to stakeholders
- Manage IT operational risk and issues, system performance and availability
- IT asset management including preventive maintenance and product life span
- Manage IT resource operating and service-related expenses
- Review and recommend IT procedures, processes and policies
- Maintain the operation certification standards
- Involve in all IT audits and assessments.
- Assist in Business Continuity and IT Disaster Recovery activities and planning
- Any ad-hoc assignment and projects as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Degree / Diploma in IT or equivalent
- Possess ITIL certification is advantageous
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT Service Delivery / IT Service Desk / IT Operations
- Experienced in IT Infrastructure domain and strong understanding of system operations standards
- Possess Stakeholder Management experience
- Resourceful, excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
