Technical Delivery of R&D projects

This position reports into Technical Deliver Senior Manger Asia Pacific and is based at Singapore, Shanghai or Thailand.

**What You Will Do**

The Technical Delivery Principal Scientist is responsible for executing key R&D projects and critical deliverables in partnership with the end-to-end R&D team to drive innovation with technical rigor, and execution excellence. This role will execute a defined work scope and support problem solving across key R&D technical deliverables. This role will coordinate across various R&D teams to drive collaboration and E2E visibility.

This role will strategically deliver innovation and technical projects from start to completion with a deep understanding of our business, our consumers, and technical project requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute the delivery of complex projects to support business objectives and priorities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders throughout the innovation process and identify barriers to executional excellence
- Ensure day-to-day follow-ups from project discussions, including driving execution of project brief updates, developing project plans, milestones, and resourcing requirements
- Track and manage day-to-day project technical progress to ensure E2E visibility to key stakeholders
- Execute identified work plans in partnership across R&D key stakeholders
- Support risk mitigation on key projects once identified
- Leverage data to evaluate project success against key metrics
- Manage R&D project team meetings to ensure technical milestones are achieved
- Manage technical resources and budget allocation for projects

**Qualifications**:

**Required Qualifications**
- Minimum of a completed bachelor’s degree in an engineering or science field
- Minimum 4 years of business experience in managing or leading complex technical projects
- Experience in working in cross-functional teams
- Experience in the consumer goods industry or research and development
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable challenging the status quo to drive for better outcomes
- Comfortable and capable with driving difficult conversations

**Desired Qualifications**
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Previous experience with agile methodologies
