Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in Daily Facilities Operations: Provide support in the daily maintenance and operational requirements, such as handling maintenance requests.
- Safety and Fire Safety Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of office premises and report any safety or fire hazards on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Key Management: Perform physical checks to ensure all keys for pedestals, low-height cabinets, and full-height cabinets are accounted for and in the designated key press system.
- Vendor Management: Escort vending machine vendors when they are in office premises to replenish products and keep accurate records of items restocked.
- Employee Seating Check: Assist in checking the current seating arrangements for employees across levels 7 to 9, ensuring the layout is aligned with the company’s office space planning requirements.
- Inventory and Administrative Support: Support the management of inventory inside various key storage rooms and warehouses, ensuring proper record-keeping and organization.
- Coordination of Facility Repairs: Assist in coordinating repair works and liaise with external vendors to manage facility-related issues and repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Receptionist duties: Cover receptionist duties if additional support is required.

**Requirements**:

- Must possess a STAR mindset (Skills, Technical Knowledge, Attitude, and Results-driven), with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Familiarity with basic facilities operations is a plus but not required. A willingness to learn and contribute is essential.
- Comfortable using Microsoft tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Good communication skills for interacting with vendors and employees.
