**Key Responsibilities**:

- Creates strategic insights from a comprehensive range of analytical tools on consumer and market developments to enable fact based commercial decision-making
- Acts as a strategic business partner and Consumer Champion for OPCO Marketing Directors and Commerce teams
- Inform and articulate the consumer agenda of the markets in the cluster
- Be the voice of the consumer in all strategic, annual and commercial planning meetings
- Develops, delivers and evolves existing commercial performance reports / dashboards
- Drive HEINEKEN’s brand health tracking tool (BGS) by tracking brands performance against clear objectives and advise brand marketing team with insights driven strategy to grow brand’s equity and volume
- Manage partnerships with agencies such as Nielsen, Ipsos, Kantar through continuous contact.
- Combines Insights and business acumen to develop a compelling vision of consumers’ future needs and behaviours.

**Position Profile**:

- 7+ years in a Marketing/Commerce function including CMI roles in a CPG or agency-side
- Strong analytical skills. Able to interpret, synthesize and draw actionable recommendations from complex and different sources of insights and data.
- Strong communication and influencing skills. Comfortable and able to navigate in a highly complex, multi-cultural environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Drives an agile, analytically driven approach to identify and define business opportunities for growth
- Self-starter, highly driven and internally motivated. Must have a strong sense of curiosity, learning, and desire to do things better than status quo
