**What is Management Associate Program?**

Our Management Associate program aims to hire university graduates / recent graduates with high potential into the organization as future leaders and develop them over a 2-year structured program comprising job rotations in various key functions, such as operation, sales, and M&R. Upon completion, a qualified associate may be placed in an overseas office depending on fit and availability of suitable management positions. It is anticipated that the experience gained through various rotations will develop and better equip the associate to contribute to their potential management placement in respective jurisdictions.

We are looking for dedicated Singapore-based Associates to provide consistent reporting, analytics, data management, process support, and report to our COO at the Singapore headquarters office.

**Responsibilities**

Assistant to COO and Sales Department Rotation
- Assist COO in market expansion, pricing strategy, managerial accounting, corporate governance, and business network management
- Support the preparation of market research in the form of reports and presentations
- Represent Crossover with company management during due diligence and monitoring
- Assist in coordinating with overseas offices and overseeing the sales and operations
- Assist in preparing and coordinating the contents and processes for respective departments

Operations Department Rotation
- Perform regular and ad-hoc analysis on import and export shipments for international clients
- Support data collection and analytics on various internal projects and functions
- Work with sales and M&R teams to maintain a high standard of Management of tank containers
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and a range of functions globally to ensure smooth execution of tank container projects
- Liaise with service providers and internal network for shipment status
- Assist in preparing invoices, delivery orders, bills of lading, etc

M&R Department Rotation
- Assist in Internal asset management and portfolio monitoring reporting and analytics
- Assist in monitoring equipment in the depots and communicating with depots
- Assist in crisis management, inspecting our equipment, drafting safety handling protocol of equipment
- Maintain and update portfolio spreadsheets for data requests and data ingestions, and prepare relevant reports
- Assist in the business and data management platforms’ related matters including but not limited to business requirements capturing, project management, and user training
