Logistic Supervisor (For Maintenance and Construction Equipment and Heavy Machinery)
- Ensure that all materials and equipment required by the projects is met
- On time safely and with mínimal cost. Ensure accuracy, integrity of equipment and machinery inventories.
- Logistic Supervisor (For vehicles/ Transport facilitates)
- Ensure all vehicles and operators are accounted for, properly

Documented, filed and deployed in just manner.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and receive incoming equipment and machine parts.
- To out source from other vendors if equipment/ machine unable to obtain.
- Coordinate all planned orders/outgoing to end-user.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, security and layout of stock in the store.
- Complete necessary paperwork associated with receipt and delivery order of goods.
- Supervise daily store operations
- Participate in inventory stock checking.
- Data entry/filing documents and submit daily/weekly and monthly reports.
- Manage, lead and facilitates a lead of logistic staff.
- Complying with all company related safety and health work environment.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by manager.

**Requirements**:

- GCE ‘O’ Level or NTC level in Engineering. (Preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Studies)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in operating a variety of equipment.
- 1 years’ experience in supervising a team of workers or operators.
- Possess all classes of driving licence.
- Those with certification in operating other types of mobile equipment will be an added advantage
