**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the M&E and Building Works FM Services Teams in Public, Town Council and Private Commercial Projects as assigned by the Management
- Manage a Team of Engineers, Technical Executives and Technicians as well as Subcontractor partners in delivering the best M&E Services for Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance as well as small projects coordination
- Act as the bridge between the various Team all individual zones, HDB/Town Councils, Government properties and internal Management
- Responsible in identifying and optimizing In-House team capabilities in M&E and minor Building Works to deliver internally
- Be the Champion in leading any changes and improvements assigned by the Management including Technology deployment
- Facilitate and be the first point of contact of operational matter when Major or Minor implications that could arise when rendering services to projects. To attend to site after office hour when required by client or instructed by Management
- Educate the team with hands-on knowledge regulations, SOPs, best practices in order to provide fast and efficiency on the field.
- Administer proper shift schedules and OT to ensure optimum manpower deployment while ensuring OT is being managed
- Ensures that Weekly/Monthly safety inspections are carried out according to the Dept’s objectives and cultivate a safe environment. Assist in the Risk Mgt of critical works and SWPs
- Identify succession planning amongst the team to ensure business operations continuity and identify personal growth for individuals in different teams
- Carry out audit to ensure proper documentation is filed and comply to the dept’s and legal requirements
- Ensuring organizational behavior of the team to avoid conflict of interests.
- Any other scope/work when assigned by the Management

**Job Requirements**
- Degree or Diploma in an Engineering/Building/FM related qualification
- Experience in leading multiple Team of Engineers/TE/Technicians
- Experience with M&E Facilities Management environment is a must
- Able to respond after office-hours when needed
