The key skillsrequired to support the company’s operations across its sports wings are - Cerification in Strength & Conditioning from a recognized institute
- Minimum experience of 5 year in dealing with high performance cricket athletes at a recognised state association / country association / first class level association
- Documented experience as a player/ athlete at the Professional/High Performance level for a minimum of 5+ years
- Knowledge and certification in First aid techniques and injury management
- Previous experience in dealing with first class teams would be useful
- Should be hard-working and ambitious by nature, with an appetite for contributing positively into the onward growth of a fast-moving operation with premier attention to detail.
- Comfortable dealing in ambiguous situations
- Adequate knowledge about athletes’ nutrition and dietary restrictions
- Knowledge & connects in the Bollywood and entertainment industry would be an added advantage

**Responsibilities**
- Account manager for all media management companies and be able to advise them on successful positioning of athletes / cricketers
- Journal a progression plan for development of high-performance athletes and cricketers in especially across 3 broad categories - (a) Skills (b) Strength & Conditioning (c) Nutrition
- Advise international athletes on rehab and injury management techniques
- Should be able to tap on previous experience in managing high performing athletes and elevate the quality of athletes in both local and international arena
- Build on the existing network of clubs and athletes and ensure that their athlete journey is being well taken care of by securing them placement seasons in different countries and counties
- Work with marketing team to produce content related to high performing athletes
- Be the account manager for managing requirements of all sports and other media clients
- Advise athletes (on a need basis) on the optimal biomechanics of the human body while performing their skills to prevent any long-term injuries and increase the longevity of their playing careers.
- Carry out extensive research on private franchise leagues by speaking to experts in this field and produce high quality reports that could be monetised with investment and media firms internationally
