As a Quality Intern, you will contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at improving product quality and overall business performance. You will bring fresh, innovative perspectives to help solve quality-related challenges and support continuous improvement efforts across the organization. This role offers hands-on experience in quality management practices within a dynamic work environment.
**What you will do**:
- Support change control, complaint investigations, and process validation
- Assist in reviewing work instructions and managing non-conforming product
- Help with MRN processing and quality documentation
- Assist in managing and improving supplier quality for local vendors
- Support quality improvement efforts by gathering and analyzing data
- Assist in implementing quality improvement tools and methodologies
- Perform ad hoc tasks and contribute to personal development opportunities.

**What you bring**:
- Undergraduate in Engineering or any other related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organised
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in projects that deliver digital transformation initiatives such as using Power BI, SharePoint, and other technologies.
