**Job Summary**:The Facilities & Maintenance Executive oversees the upkeep of all facilities under the organisation, ensuring they are in good working order and compliant with regulations. The incumbent is also responsible for managing routine maintenance, repairs, and renovations, often coordinating with staff, contractors and vendors.

This role also involves planning, budgeting, and ensuring the safety and efficiency of the facilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Administrative Support**:Maintain and update records of maintenance activities, inspection checklists, services contracts and asset inventories.

**2. Facilities Maintenance**:Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules with contractors and vendors.

**3. Vendor Management**:Liase with vendors and service providers to arrange for supplies, equipment and services.

**4. Safety and Compliance**:Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies. This should include regular inspections to identify operational issues or safety hazards and prompt corrective action.

**5. Reporting**:Prepare regular reports on facilitiy operations, maintenance activities and issues encountered to Management.
