**What You Will Do**:

- Responsible for the operation and maintenance, monitoring, review, fault response, and troubleshooting of the company's big data foundations.
- Responsible for the company's data infrastructure, continuously improve service quality, and enhance user experience; directly cooperate with the production and research team to promote problem solving and continuous optimization of data products.
- Deeply understand the pain points of the system, respond to and promote the construction of contingency plans, the construction of disaster recovery systems, the implementation of technical projects, etc., and continue to improve R&D efficiency and service stability.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of operation and maintenance experience in big data systems.
- Familiar with Linux system, network, hardware and other related knowledge, with strong troubleshooting ability.
- Familiar with the Hadoop big data ecology, master the configuration of common open source components, troubleshooting, and the ability to solve problems, including but not limited to Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Flink, Clickhouse, Presto, Kafka and other components.
- At least one automated deployment tool has been used, including but not limited to: Ansible, Saltstack.
- Master at least one scripting/development language, including but not limited to: Python, Shell, Java, Go.
- Have a certain understanding of common cloud platforms (Alibaba Cloud, AWS, etc.), hands-on experience is preferred.
- Familiar with Docker, K8S and other container technologies and tools are preferred.
- Good communication, organization and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility.
