**About the role**:
We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Intern to assist the marketing team in the upkeep of BandLab’s various social media channels. You will play an integral role in BandLab’s social sphere, from trendspotting and content ideation to scheduling and publishing posts.

Reporting to the Social Media Manager, you will get to dip your toes into all aspects of social media marketing, from content strategy to content creation and copywriting. If you’re passionate about all things social media, and are energized by the challenge of transforming the mundane to meaningful, we want to hear from you.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Assisting the Social Media Manager in the growth, upkeep, and maintenance of BandLab’s social media channels.
- Occasionally writing copy for BandLab’s social media channels, adopting our brand’s tone of voice while being hyper aware of cultural nuances.
- Media monitoring of TikTok and Instagram content for User-Generated Content.
- Contributing your own ideas, developing the team’s content ideas and bringing briefs to life to create marketing campaigns large and small.
- Supporting all other marketing activities required for our social media channels.

**Requirements**:
**What we are looking for**:

- Singapore-based and currently enrolled or just graduated at a diploma or postgraduate level in marketing, mass communications or similar field.
- Adept at social media and its various functions, specifically Instagram and TikTok.
- A self-starter who takes initiative, is solutions-oriented and possesses a constant desire to improve.
- A digital native with a finger on the pulse of popular culture (especially in our key markets like the US) with awareness of emerging trends in music.
- Someone who is collaborative and can form good working relationships with different individuals, teams and stakeholders.
- Someone who is constantly looking for new ways to surprise, delight and engage our users with new campaigns and ideas.
- Love for music and music production are a plus
- Ability to commit for a minimum of 3 to 6 months. Flexible working arrangements can be discussed.
