**The role we are hiring for**

We are seeking a **Senior **Finance Manager **who will be in charge of day-to-day accounting.

This role reports directly to the Regional Financial Controller, Finance. Based in Singapore

A summary of the key responsibilities and requirements are as follows:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage general accounting functions, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cashflow forecasting, revenue recognition, taxation, financial closing and reporting
- Deliver accurate and timely financial/management reports and provide financial analysis on these reports
- Ensure proper revenue recognition and appropriate accruals are carried out.
- Budgeting and Forecasting for the business and providing analysis on any deviations with Actuals
- Partner with Operations Team by providing financial insight where required
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary, local tax and government authorities as required
- Ensure compliance with Local GAAP, Tax and any other statutory requirements
- Review, recommend and carry out improvements to accounting systems, business processes and procedures where required
- Any other ad-hoc duties as necessary

**Requirements**:

- Degree or higher in Accounting
- Certified Public Accountant or equivalent
- Minimum 12 years of relevant working experience (either in audit firms or commercial - experience with Big 4 Audit firm will be added advantage)
- Able to work independently
- Has strong communication skills
- Unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do
- Comfortable with ambiguity - we're a fast-growing business and there's always unchartered territories, which is part of the fun. You should be comfortable with it and understand that not everything is 100% defined all the time.
