**Responsibilities**: - Attend to walk in enquiries - Promote tour package to customers - Tour reservations & pre-travel administration - Any ad-hoc duties as assigned **Requirements**: - GCE "N"/"O" levels, ITE, Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management - Willing to work on shift, Sundays & Public Holidays - Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken & written) in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers - Experience in the Travel/ Hospitality Industry or Customer Service will be an advantage - Service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills **Salary**: From $1,500.00 per month Schedule: - Shift system Work Location: In person
