We are looking for talented and enthusiastic crew members to build customer relationships, implement a range of retention strategies to service members and continue our growth.

This role will provide you with exceptional training in all areas of customer relations and operations.

If you have a love for sport and fitness and have a background in fitness or customer service then this could be the role for you

**About the role**

You will be responsible for assisting the operations of Ark gyms; by servicing current members while primarily focusing to attract and engage new members into the gym through referrals and lead generation.

You will also need to enjoy working in a gym environment, have a friendly, outgoing personality, and genuinely care about helping others as well as be comfortable in front-of-house processes both face to face and via telephone.

You will be an Ark Crew member, with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,400.00 per month
