**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone massages, tailored to meet the individual needs and preferences of each guest.
- Maintain a clean and inviting treatment room environment, ensuring all equipment and supplies are sanitized and ready for use.
- Educate guests on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend personalized treatment plans to address their specific concerns or areas of tension.
- Continuously assess guest feedback and adapt massage techniques accordingly to ensure a customized and satisfying experience.
- Collaborate with other members of the spa team to coordinate appointments and provide seamless service to guests.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in massage therapy to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Certification as a Massage Therapist from a recognized institution or program.
- Previous experience in massage therapy is preferred, but trainees with a genuine passion for the field are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in a variety of massage techniques, with a focus on providing therapeutic benefits and promoting relaxation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen attentively to guest concerns and preferences.
- Professional demeanor and appearance, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethics and customer service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate guest appointments.
- Dedication to maintaining a positive and supportive team environment, fostering collaboration and mutual respect among colleagues.
